SunTec next gen Solar Water Heaters

The SunTec solar water heater is made entirely of recyclable materials.


The new series of solar thermosyphon systems has been designed to meet the demands of every market around the world, especially in very hot climates, without the need to refill the solar circuit.

It is manufactured in accordance with the international quality assurance certificate ISO 9001:2015 and is certified in accordance with the international standards EN 12976-1-2.

The collector's performance and reliability has been certified according to European standards EN 12975-2 & ISO 9806:2017. The system has been certified with the highest European Solar Keymark certificate.

Technical Specifications of the Container

  1. The tank consists of an outer casing of mild steel, pre-painted with high-temperature electrostatic paint, for maximum protection from rain, sun as well as protection from brackish conditions, ensuring durability and an elegant appearance.
  2. Ecological polyurethane insulation (freon-free) is pumped under pressure into the tank, surrounds the cylinder and maintains hot water for up to 48 hours.
  3. The innovative closed circuit exchanger ensures instant hot water at very high temperatures, protecting the solar panel from frequent high pressures and the corresponding losses of thermal fluid. The tank is made of low carbon steel, with a double coating of enamel at a temperature of 860 οC (according to DIN 4753-3)
  4. The magnesium rod of appropriate length (according to EN12976) effectively protects the tank from electrolysis. The electric resistance ensures hot water even on cloudy days and the thermostat with double thermal safety switch protection maintains the desired temperature.

Technical Characteristics of Solar Collector

  1. The collector consists of a frame made of special aluminum profile, without external seams, screws and rivets. The strong special insulation maintains very high temperatures, achieving incredibly high efficiency. 
  2. The absorber is made of a single sheet of blue selective surface aluminum, with a 0.5 mm thick titanium coating, welded to copper tubes using a Laser method.
  3. Propylene glycol as a thermal medium achieves maximum heat transfer to the water, while protecting the system from corrosion, frost and overheating.  
  4. A container of propylene glycol (33%) ready to use is included (no dilution required).
