A revolutionary application for global data has already been implemented by SOLE in Greece!
Special blue selective surface titanium oxide flat solar collectors with very high efficiency are produced by SOLE for this application, resulting in the production of hot water at a very high temperature.
Special solar absorption chillers utilize the hot water from the collectors to produce chilled water which is then fed into the air handling units, providing cooling to the space. The same system is used in winter to heat the space by feeding hot water directly into the air conditioning circuit.
The solar air conditioning system is suitable for large buildings (e.g. hotels, hospitals, etc.) and is not intended for residential users.
SOLE installed the first (and largest worldwide) air conditioning system in a Greek industry in 1999, which has been operating flawlessly and efficiently for 23 years. Since then, it has installed its system in hotels, supermarkets and public buildings in Greece and abroad.
