The EUROSTAR FINO solar water heater has been designed and manufactured with the main goal of ensuring high efficiency, long life and discreet appearance. The new copper selective titanium collector with the highest efficiency rating, provides continuous hot water even in the most difficult weather conditions. The advanced materials used in its construction and the attention to every detail, ensure its flawless operation for a lifetime.
EUROSTAR FINO solar water heaters are manufactured in accordance with the international quality assurance standard ISO 9001-2015 and are controlled by the international standard ISO/DP9459-2.
Boiler Technical Specifications
- External casing made of INOX stainless steel or oven-painted steel for unlimited lifespan with a maximum height of 1m, thus meeting even the highest aesthetic requirements.
- Strong insulation of cast ecological polyurethane 5-7 cm. density 50 kg/m3. (Thermal insulation coefficient 0.019 kcal/m/h/°C ensures the consumer maintains hot water even on the coldest winter nights.
- The scientifically designed closed-circuit jacket ensures the largest possible heat exchange surface and therefore the fastest heating of water to a very high temperature.
- Boiler made of European steel sheet, for long life and resistance to pressure. Internal glass protection (enameled – at a temperature of 860 °C) for protection against hard water.
- Anodic protection with magnesium rod against electrolysis.
- 4kW electric resistance, for hot water even on cloudy days.
- Double-contact safety thermostat, with additional thermal safety switch for protection against overheating.

Technical Characteristics of Solar Collector
- Solar collector frame made of specially designed cast aluminum profile, treated with electrostatic oven paint, without seams, screws, etc., for absolute tightness.
- Copper hydroskeleton, selective (Titanium-blue) with aluminum sheets that ensure a uniform absorbent surface and incredibly high performance even in the worst weather conditions.
- Very strong insulation with 40 mm (50kg/m³) thick rock wool on the back and 20 mm on the side walls of the collector minimizes heat losses, contributing to high efficiency.
- Prismatic unbreakable securit glass baked at 700º C, low iron content, 4mm thick with a transmittance coefficient of 90.5%.
- Special EPDM rubber and silicone gaskets for absolute sealing and resistance up to 160oC.
- Special propylene glycol thermal fluid enriched with anti-corrosion additives circulates in the absorber's hydro-skeleton, achieving rapid heat spread and perfect protection against frost and oxidation.
